Jean-Charles Thomas joined Louis Latour winery in 2012 where he oversees the production of the winery's wide range of wines, including some of the region's most prestigious Grand Crus. Jean-Charles carefully selects the type and age of the oak barrels used for each wine, and adjusts the length of the aging process to achieve the desired balance and intensity of flavors.
