Josep Sabarich serves as the Technical Director at Familia Torres, located in Penedès, Spain.

Joseph has over 20 years of winemaking experience in Spain, France, Chile, and New Zealand.

Since 2010, he has led a technical team of 15 winemakers at the winery, focusing on innovation and sustainability initiatives, including the revival of ancestral Catalan grape varieties.

Josep is dedicated to minimal intervention winemaking, ensuring that the unique character of each vineyard is reflected in the wines.
