Castello Romitorio 'Filo di Seta' Brunello di Montalcino DOCG expresses the bold yet elegant character of the terroir typical of the north-westerly area of Montalcino. Made from old vines of Sangiovese, this wine ensures harmonious, balanced yields that allow the grapes to reach optimal ripeness. The nose features peony and violet petals, along with fresh and dried cherry. On the palate, cherry and floral notes enrobe the fine, taut tannins, creating a complex and graceful finish.
