ABOUT THIS WINE

A Rose that delivers something truly unique – a hybrid – something akin to that of a Pinot Noir or a light-bodied Grenache, but with a white wine quality that is derived from crafting them in a fashion more comparable to the other white wine as oppose to the reds. The skins are allowed to macerate with the juice to extract that eye-catching hibiscus/cranberry colour, but the grape skins do not ferment with the juice. 53% Syrah, 42% Grenache, 5% Mourvèdre

Fingers Crossed is a Rhône-based winery in Oak View, California. Owners and winemakers Nikolas and Julia Krankl focus on quality over quantity, what they affectionately call their “stained hand approach.” Nikolas worked for his parents at Sine Qua Non for five years and in 2017, he decided to pursue a dream and create his own brand with his wife, Julia, a Harvard-trained physician. Each year they create their own piece of art to adorn their bottles and wooden boxes. They have been called rising stars by respected critics like Jeb Dunnuck, Lisa Perotti Brown and Antonio Galloni.
