Apple flavors, aromatic and floral nose, with a spicy note. The mouthfeel is fresh and savory, with good acidity and reminiscent of stone fruit like white peach and orchard fruits. The oak is nicely integrated, adding notes of vanilla and hazelnut.

Marimar Torres was born and raised in Spain, where her family has been involved in winemaking for generations. Her father, Miguel Torres, is a highly respected winemaker and the founder of Bodegas Torres, one of the largest and most well-known wineries in Spain. Marimar Torres studied business in Switzerland before moving to California in the 1970s to pursue her passion for winemaking. In 1986, Marimar Torres founded Marimar Estate Vineyards and Winery.
