Séverine Frerson is a highly respected winemaker and the current Chef de Cave at Perrier-Jouët, one of Champagne's most prestigious and historic houses. She joined the house in 2019 and has since been responsible for creating some of the world's most iconic and highly sought-after Champagnes. Frerson has over 20 years of experience in the wine industry, having previously worked at several other top Champagne houses, including Moët & Chandon, Ruinart, and Piper-Heidsieck.
