Whitehaven Pinot Noir is a fine New Zealand red wine from Marlborough, crafted from Pinot Noir grapes. This wine showcases a medium purple color with bright clarity. The aroma features lifted notes of fresh raspberry, plum, and red cherries, complemented by hints of cinnamon, aniseed, and smoky oak. On the palate, you’ll enjoy flavors of red cherries, blueberries, and Omega plums, with gentle herb notes and subtle oak, all entrenched on a silky, textured finish.

GET TO KNOW THE WINE MAKER

Peter Jackson was born in England and raised in Australia. He received his formal education in winemaking from the University of Adelaide, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Oenology. After graduation, Peter worked in Margaret River, Coonawarra and the Hunter Valley in Australia, Alsace, Italy and Oregon. Peter's first encounter with Marlborough was the 2005 vintage.
