Do I need to be in Hong Kong to have an account?
No, but we only deliver to Hong Kong addresses at this time. All prices and transactions are in Hong Kong Dollars.

How do I narrow my search results?
You may use the search bar at the top of the menu bar to search for a specific term like a winery or grape i.e. "Louis Latour", "Shiraz" etc.

Any tips on looking for a wine?
Our knowledgeable staff are on hand both by message through website and on email to answer any questions you have.

How do I Browse and buy wine?
Just as you would shop in a supermarket, just browse through our fantastic portfolio of  wines and click the add to shopping cart button as you go along! 

Why do I require a credit card, and why is there an authorisation charge to my card?
Our bank requires a real transaction in order to store your card (securely in their system, not ours) for future billing. Bidvino does NOT store full credit card information, or CVV numbers. At checkout, you also have the option to pay via FPS as well.

What is the Minimum Spend amount for free delivery?
Hong Kong addresses: Free shipping for orders totalling HKD$1000 or more after any discounts or promotions.

If order is less than $1000, then a $100 shipping fee applies.

Deliveries to Macau may be arranged by request, but are subject to extra charges.

My delivery address doesn't have a lift or escalator, can you deliver?

For wine deliveries to buildings without a lift or escalator ("Walk Up Buildings/Tong Lau" as an example), a staircase fee of HK$60 applies for the first 3 floors of such premises. For the 4/F and higher, there will be a further charge of HK$60 per floor. Please contact Bidvino Customer Service to learn more.

This fee can be waived in Walk Up buildings if a customer agrees to collect their delivery from the Ground Floor of a delivery address without stairs.

Delivery/moving fees for Wine Fridge delivery/larger accessories are subject to final quotation/confirmation from our supplier partners.

When will I receive my Wine order?
If your order is placed and processed by 3:00 PM HKT, we will ship the next available day for all in-stock items for Hong Kong* addresses, per the below schedule.

If you wish to request a specific delivery date, please do get in touch. You may also specify a preferred 2 hour time window for delivery by contacting us on 6393 0679 (WhatsApp/call).

Delivery schedules may affected by factors including traffic and the number of deliveries that a courier needs to complete.

Hong Kong Island: Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday
Central/Soho Area: Daily
Kowloon: Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
New Territories: Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
Tsim Sha Tsui: Daily
Tung Chung/Discovery Bay/Ma Wan/Airport: Tuesday/Friday

We currently cannot deliver wines to South Lantau and Outlying Islands.
