Albiera Antinori is the eldest daughter of Marchese Piero Antinori, a member of the Antinori family, which is one of the most prominent wine-producing families in Italy. Under Antinori's leadership, Prunotto has become known for producing some of the finest wines in Piedmont, including Barolo, Barbaresco, and Barbera d'Alba. She has also overseen the development of new wines which have helped expand the winery's portfolio and appeal to a wider range of wine drinkers.
