Chakana Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is an Argentinian wine from the Uco Valley in Mendoza, crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and certified vegan. This wine undergoes aging for one year in new and used French oak barrels, resulting in a purplish-red color with high depth. It expresses a complex character on the nose, featuring aromatic intensity reminiscent of juicy black fruit and spices. On the palate, it arrives powerfully with complex aromas of dark chocolate, green pepper, and balsamic notes.
