The palate entry is voluptuous, and the balanced acidity contributes to a fresh, persistent wine.

Mireia Torres Maczassek is a winemaker and member of the Torres family, which owns and operates the Jean Leon Winery in Penedès, Spain. She is the fifth generation of her family to be involved in winemaking and has been instrumental in the development of Jean Leon Winery. Mireia Torres Maczassek studied winemaking at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili in Tarragona, Spain, and later earned a Master's degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California.
