Fingers Crossed "Life and Death" Red 2022 is an American wine from California, crafted from a blend of 43.5% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 13% Mourvèdre, 13% Graciano, and 8.5% Petite Sirah. Deep garnet-purple in color, it offers aromas of dried roses, raspberry pie, and Morello cherries, with notes of juicy blueberries and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, the palate is plush and lively, featuring bright black and blue fruit layers and a long perfumed finish.

Fingers Crossed is a Rhône-based winery in Oak View, California. Owners and winemakers Nikolas and Julia Krankl focus on quality over quantity, what they affectionately call their “stained hand approach.” Nikolas worked for his parents at Sine Qua Non for five years and in 2017, he decided to pursue a dream and create his own brand with his wife, Julia, a Harvard-trained physician. Each year they create their own piece of art to adorn their bottles and wooden boxes. They have been called rising stars by respected critics like Jeb Dunnuck, Lisa Perotti Brown and Antonio Galloni.
