Chateau Villa Bel-Air Blanc 2021 is a superb French wine from the Bordeaux region, crafted by the team at Château Lynch-Bages. This refreshing Graves white is a blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon. Cool-fermented in oak barrels and aged on the lees, it offers a richness of palate and good body weight. The Sauvignon Blanc adds freshness and acidity, while the Sémillon introduces its characteristic honeyed notes, creating a structural white. The wine features notes of citrus, earthy lees, and cracked flax, complemented by honeysuckle, Bosc pear, dried apple, marzipan, and white grapefruit pith, all leading to a gently spiced finish.
