Canella Bellini is an Italian sparkling Cocktail. It offers aroma of ripe peaches and hints of white flowers and raspberry, with a taste that is fresh, fruity, and tangy from the sparkling Prosecco. Sweet but balanced with acidity, leading to a soft, harmonious finish with a pleasant fruity aftertaste.

5% ABV, made with 20% real white peach puree and some raspberry juice.
