Filippo Chia comes from a family with a long history of winemaking in Tuscany, and has been working in the wine industry since the early 1990s. He joined Castello Romitorio in 2005 and has since played a significant role in establishing it as a premier winery in Tuscany. Filippo has a deep understanding of the terroir of the region and works closely with the vineyard team to ensure that the grapes are harvested at the optimal time for maximum flavor and aroma.
