Chateau de Pez 2021 is a French wine from the Bordeaux region, specifically from Saint-Estèphe, made from a blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. The nose features wild strawberry and juicy cherry, infused with pink rose and sandalwood. The palate, creamy and sweet, reveals fruity strawberry and floral notes of violet. The tannins are present, but fine and elegant.
