Fingers Crossed "Life and Death" Syrah 2022 is an American wine from California, made from 100% Syrah. It showcases notes of blackberry, violets, kirsch, and underbrush that leap from the glass, followed by hints of black pepper and licorice. The full-bodied palate features firm, rounded tannins with great freshness, finishing long and floral.

Fingers Crossed is a Rhône-based winery in Oak View, California. Owners and winemakers Nikolas and Julia Krankl focus on quality over quantity, what they affectionately call their “stained hand approach.” Nikolas worked for his parents at Sine Qua Non for five years and in 2017, he decided to pursue a dream and create his own brand with his wife, Julia, a Harvard-trained physician. Each year they create their own piece of art to adorn their bottles and wooden boxes. They have been called rising stars by respected critics like Jeb Dunnuck, Lisa Perotti Brown and Antonio Galloni.
