Jean-Charles Thomas joined Louis Latour winery in 2012 where he oversees the production of the winery's wide range of wines, including some of the region's most prestigious Grand Crus. Jean-Charles is known for his expertise in oak aging, which he uses to create wines that are rich, complex, and elegant. Jean-Charles carefully selects the type and age of the oak barrels used for each wine, and adjusts the length of the aging process to achieve the desired balance and intensity of flavors.
