Lime flesh in nose, fresh fennel roots and vulva, clear and transparent. Pure viura
must. It has a quartz-like texture, nimble, vibrant in a mixture where the juice of white
fruits such as the green crunchy pear, white peach and magnolia give way to
multiple variations which awaken our senses.

An impressive verticality and a creamy liquid, gathered with an acid and decisive refining vigour. Magic and fragrance from our humble vineyard and the whim of nature. It has a long ageing potential in which wine will reach mysterious and intriguing beauty.
