White pear and lemon with fragrant citrus blossom and honeysuckle. Light notes of apricot and honey. Packed palate with ripe apple and juicy pear. Pithy and textural with great density of flavour and acid balance. Honey and spice add complexity along with grainy pear-skin phenolics.
