Chateau Pavie 2012 is an exceptional French wine from the Appellation Saint-Emilion Grand Cru in Bordeaux, crafted from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This vintage showcases an inky purple color and features a nose rich with toasty oak, interwoven with blackberry and blackcurrant fruit, Christmas spices, as well as notes of licorice and graphite. Full-bodied and well-structured, it offers a palate that is rich and earthy, supported by plenty of fine tannins. The wine has a very focused, long finish with vibrant energy, suggesting that it has many years of aging potential ahead.
