The fermentation is stopped midway with brandy spirit, resulting in a naturally sweet fortified wine. This unique blend consists of 85% from the 1991 vintage and 15% from 1992. It presents a beautiful topaz color with complex volatile aromas of dried fruits, spices, and nuts. The palate is elegant and intensely flavored, featuring a long and persistent finish enhanced by lively acidity.
