ABOUT THIS WINE

Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur Auxey-Duresses 'Les Crais' 2021 is a distinguished French wine from Burgundy, crafted from Chardonnay grapes. Clear and bright, its color develops pale gold reflections with iridescent green hues. The nose presents subtle notes of white flowers, particularly jasmine, enhanced by citrus aromas. On the palate, the attack is frank, clean, and very expressive, initially unfolding lemony aromas that evolve into complex brioche and toasted notes. The finish is beautifully mineral, leaving a refreshing salinity.
