The nose presents intense aromas of tropical fruit, especially mangoes and pineapples, accompanied by notes of nettle and boxwood. The palate is rich and fresh, featuring mineral notes, and it closes with an aftertaste that reflects the fruity notes perceived on the nose.

Alessia's winemaking philosophy is based on a deep respect for tradition, combined with a focus on innovation and experimentation. In the winery, she uses a combination of modern and traditional techniques to create wines that are elegant, complex, and expressive of the unique terroir of the Chianti Classico region. Alessia is also committed to sustainability and has implemented a number of practices at Tenuta Tignanello to reduce the winery's impact on the environment.
